SO LONG, WINTER

A glimpse of what this past winter held for me and my camera. Spent more time than ever outside, grasping any chance I could get to lace up my boots and explore even if just minutes away - or 4 hours away. It was a winter of many pine trees, heavy sweaters, and full hearts.

THE SNOW OF APRIL

A week and a half ago the snow fell. Again. But this time, it was different, I wasn't resenting it. The flakes were voluminous and significant, but only staying a moment on the pavement. It was beautiful, I'm telling you. Joined together with a river valley of fog, it was the perfect.

THE FIRST ROLL

Fuji Superia 400

Frames from my first roll of 35mm on my Canon AE-1 (that I, admittedly, didn't know how to properly focus for the first half of the roll. Ahhhh. But I have learned, learned lots. ;) ) Excited to learn and explore this realm of photography!
